LAPOR!, which means “to report” in Bahasa Indonesia,

is the Indonesia’s unique initiative to provide an integrated

and accessible channel for the Indonesian public to submit

complaints and inquiries as a means of public participation

in national  development programs.

Public can easily place their complaints to LAPOR! through

several channels, including website, short message service (SMS)

and mobile applications (iPhone, Blackberry, & Android).


LAPOR! offers simplicity in its conduct to generate public inputs

to national development programs. LAPOR! is now connected

to 64 ministries and government agencies in Indonesia.


A user guide video was also created to show
the idea behind LAPOR! and how public complaints
were processed through LAPOR!'s system.
